Scope: Deeply frozen Organic Plum Halves is a product without oxidation, mouldy or rotten fruits, without traces of fermentation, without overripe or unripe fruits, without damaged fruits, without vegetative or any foreign substances. The product is made of healthy, undamaged, clean, equally ripe (85-90% technological maturity) and cultivated fruits of regular shape, hand sorted, hand cut and pitted and controlled on the presence of metal.

Shelf life: 24 months from production date, if stored at max -18˚C in original packing.

Packing: Five layer carton box 10/1 kg with bag of polyethylene . Cartons are sealed with self-adhesive tape, packed on new or undamaged pallets. Standard Euro pallet dimensions 80×120 Pallets are wrapped with plastic foil.
