Scope: The product is made of healthy, clean, undamaged, equally ripe (85-90% technological maturity) and cultivated organic fruits. After passing inspection belt, fresh plums are washed and placed on stainless steel plates. Plates with plum are placed on carts and into the tunnel for drying. Plums are dried at 78˚C. Plums are dried for 17-24 hours (depending on desired moisture). After drying plums are stabilized and stored into wooden boxes. After the dry plum stabilization, product goes on removing the stone from plum.

Shelf life: 24 months from production date, if stored at max -18˚C in original packing. 12 months from production date, if stored at max 0 to +5˚C in original packing.

Packing: The product is packaged in neutral new cardboard boxes with bag of polyethylene of different sizes and colors depending on buyer (bags from 2,5 kg, 1 kg and other). Cartons are sealed with self-adhesive tape, packed on new or undamaged pallets. Standard Euro pallet dimensions 80×120 Pallets are wrapped with plastic foil.
